In PJSC Orsknefteorgsintez - a subsidiary of JSC ForteInvest - since 01st of July 2022 wages have been indexed in the amount of 7%. For these purposes, in addition to the business plan, the management company allocated RUB 59 million, considering insurance premiums to non-budgetary funds.
According to the business plan, the indexation of 3.8% was supposed to take place from 01st of October 2022. However, due to the difficult economic situation in the country, the emerging trend of rising prices, in order to ensure an increase in the level of real wages, it was decided to carry out indexation ahead of schedule and at a higher percentage. The purpose of the actions was the material support of employees of PJSC Orsknefteorgsintez.
Annual wage indexation is carried out in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the collective agreement in force at the Orsk Refinery.
